Wafer Seals and Packaging Labels

Our wafer seals provide a secure, professional closure for a wide range of packaging, including mailers, cartons, and envelopes. These packaging labels are designed to be difficult to remove without visible damage, making them ideal when tamper evident packaging and product security is required. Whether you're shipping subscription boxes, retail products, or sensitive documents, our wafer seals deliver reliable performance for every application.

Choose from 1” and 1 ½” diameter options on a 3" core, with 5,000 labels per roll and 20,000 per case. All of our wafer seals are made with a high tack, rubber based adhesive for strong, permanent bonds—even in cold temperature or freezer conditions. We also offer food compliant seals (21 CFR 175.105) to meet packaging regulations in the food and beverage industry.

All of our wafer seals work seamlessly with Tach-It L-Clip label applicators, including models 6500-TL, 6510-TL, Mini-Con L, and Mini-Con L-80.
